E&T (Empowerment and Transition),「赋权授能 . 衔接向上」计划旨在提升中小学教师教授非华语学生中文的专业能量,优化学与教,提升非华语学生的中文学习能力,促进中小衔接。
计划目标

培训模式
E&T通过到校支援、线上社群和专业发展的培训模式支援教师专业能力发展(如图所示)。

E&T计划进行了每年有数次的到校支援活动,内容包括共同备课、观课议课,指导设计教学单元和调适评估工具等。E&T团队亦探索出一系列的操作套件。例如,运用「中国语文课程第二语言学习架构」框架和「小题分析,综合判断」的核心技术,掌握学生的中文学习能力,优化学与教。E&T计划更运用「PROS实践学习」理念,开展教师专业发展系列课程。将实践与学理结合。 在发展课程裏,专家会先进行理论分享,作爲专业输入,然後团队的课程主任就会呈现教学示例,随後老师就会运用示例互相讨论,再进行分享。之後亦会延续到课後的课堂实践和跨校交流。
每年一次的分享会,更是集结了不同专家的学理精华、前线教师的实践经验和非华语学生的心得体会。
此外,E&T计划结合「互联网+」的概念,开拓渠道,促进线上讨论交流。
过去两年,E&T计划,在提升非华语学生的中文能力和教师的专业能量方面都取得相当的成效,得到前线教师一致的好评。
E&T团队将会一直秉持专业、认真的态度,继续深耕於非华语学生的中文学习。
