本中心可能通过各种渠道，例如在线申请参与我们的计划或中心活动，向员工、学生、教师、服务使用者、服务供应商和其他相关方面收集资料（包括个人资料）。所收集的信息可能包括具身份识别的资料/联系信息（例如姓名、学校/机构、电邮地址和电话号码等）。详情载于相关邀请函、表格、网页及渠道。所收集的信息将用于处理不同的申请/请求、提供相关服务并促进与相关方面的沟通，以及用于直接相关的收集目的。

根据《个人资料（私隐）条例》，个人有权要求查阅及更正本中心所持有的其个人资料。如你希望提出相关查询或要求，请电邮cacler@hku.hk 向本中心个人资料保护协调员提出。本中心可能会因应处理相关请求而收取合理的费用，敬请垂注。

The Privacy Policy Statement of The University of Hong Kong (PPS) is available on the website. The Centre for Advancement of Chinese Language Education & Research (CACLER) under Faculty of Education, HKU, is committed to complying with the PPS.

The CACLER may collect information (including personal data) from staff, students, teachers, service users, service providers and other relevant parties through various channels, such as online applications of our project / Centre activities. The information to be collected may include identifying / contact information (e.g. name, schools / organizations, email addresses and phone numbers etc.). Details are set out in the relevant invitations, forms, webpages and channels. The collected information will be used to process different applications / requests, to provide the relevant services and to facilitate communications with the relevant parties and for such purposes and the directly related purposes of the collection.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by the CACLER. If you wish to make such request, please present your inquiry or request to our Personal Data Protection Coordinator by email to cacler@hku.hk. A reasonable fee may be charged for the processing of any data access request.
