线上不能取代线下的温度

本年度全港分享会已于5月25日圆满结束。今年度分享会的设计和安排与往年大有不同,分享成果形式改为由台上访谈,带动台下观众思考,接着再安排台下“沉浸式交流”,以进行面对面的小组分享。分享形式转变,产生了不一样的效果。

分享会当日林金锡教授主题演讲的题目为“混合式学习对中文教学的赋权授能”,当中整合了本年度各校的成果和发现,丰富了“混合式学习”的定义,包括“模式混合”、“场域混合”、“角色混合”及“能力混合”四种混合学习模式。

一直以来,团队提倡的“模式混合”不单只是指向学生的学习,同时亦一直致力推动“混合式的教师专业发展”,期望可以建立一个突破不同界限的“专业社群”。而今次教师分享环节的安排,正好体现了“角色混合”的专业交流模式。

台下“沉浸式交流”环节共分为三个环节(见附表):

场内佈置成多个不同的小班房,让分享老师在指定时段担任“导师”,现身解说计划的理念、课堂实践的流程和教学过程中的点滴,期间更会派发课堂使用的教材,供其他老师即时参阅。让老师尤如“学生”般近距离聆听老师的指导,并可作即时的提问与沟通。整个“沉浸式交流”过程,老师的角色会混合交替,有时作为“分享导师”,有时又会成为“学习者”。

期望当天的相聚与接触能延续下去,让这些有温度的体验能支撑着我们日后线上的联繫,建立一个突破界限的专业社群。
