林金錫博士當天以「當 AI 遇上 Blended Learning」為題進行主題演講。

教師們積極參與工作坊活動，根據抽到的關鍵詞嘗試使用AI工具「Poe」生成文章並進行創作。
在小組活動頒獎環節中，各小組分別獲得「最了解學生需要大獎」、「最能駕馭AI大獎」、「最有魅力演説大獎」、「最別出心裁大獎」以及「混能」文化交融大獎。本計劃23/24年度第一次教師專業培訓工作坊已於2023年9月23日舉行。是次工作坊由香港大學教育學院副教授、中文教育研究中心總監林金錫博士分享「當AI遇到混合式學習」。林博士以中文寫作為切入點，展現出AI和混合式教育能夠合作互動，給教導多元文化學生的中文教師帶來更多學與教的靈感。林博士的分享亦展望了多元文化學生能在AI的輔助下，在課室之外的環境下學習及運用中文的前景，以至AI技術和中文寫作教育在混合式學習的方式下合作的不同可能。是次專業培訓工作坊教師投入參與，反應熱烈，成果令人鼓舞。
